Housemate wanted for lovely Kensal Rise (NW10) flatshare.

We're two professional women looking for a housemate (late 20's/ early 30's, preferably male - just to keep the balance) from start of September 2010.
We are looking for someone who is fun, sociable and likes the odd pint in the local! But also tidy :)
The place is a modern, 2 storey flat comprising of: 3 double bedrooms, living room with kitchen and dining combined, two bathrooms and a lovely little balcony that gets sun all day long.
It's perfectly situated in the heart of this up and coming area. Close to all amenities, Portobello Market, parks, shopping, great pubs, it also has excellent transport to boot! It's next door to Kensal Rise Station, the bus stop, and 10 minutes away from Kensal Green and Queens Park tube.
Rent is A527 a month each, bills split 3 ways. The deposit is a month and half rent (A730) which would need to be paid as soon as you move in.
