Double furnished room in lovely 2 bed flat on first floor of period terrace house with high ceilings and original features. The flat has a big lounge, small kitchen and separate bathroom and toilet. Honor Oak park is quiet, leafy and friendly area, with some nice restaurants and pubs.

The room itself is bright and airy and has lots of cupboard and storage space. The double bed is new with a memory foam mattress (very comfortable).

Honor Oak Park station is approx 3 minutes walk. Trains from there get to Shoreditch in 20 mins and London Bridge in 10 minutes. Crofton Park station is 12 mins walk, with trains going direct to Elephant & Castle and St Pancras.

I'm looking for a professional male or female, someone who is friendly, responsible, has a good sense of humour and is respectful and clean.
