1. We have a spacious single room available in a very nice nonsmoking house in Wrexham to share with four really nice, respectful housemates, available from 1 Dec. 2011. Duration of stay is flexible.

2. It is big as a single room with lots and lots of storage cupboard spaces. Fully furnished with a very good condition single bed and mattress, a very huge desk, comfortable chair, set of drawers and free standing unit.

3. You will live with four international people in their early to late 20s. A British girl, a French girl and two German boys. They are all students at Glyndwr University. They are not loud music and partying type. They are quiet, very clean and respectful, really friendly, nonsmoker people to live with.

4. The house is modern with newly refurbished bath/shower rooms has a fully equipped kitchen with two fridges, a freezer, oven, washing machine, microwave etc etc. It has a shower room with power shower and toilet, a bathroom with bath/shower and toilet, and a nice garden to the back. Central heating and wireless internet yes of course. It is in a quiet area (Princess Street) and just 15min walk from the town centre, hospital and the university. Free off-street parking.

5. There is a half month deposit of £170. The rent is £299pcm. Internet is £8 a month. If you are not a full-time student you will be liable for approx £75 a month of council tax.
