This is a spacious double room in a 6 bed house share. The room comes fully furnished. There are also 3 full bathrooms in the house, so never any queues in the morning which is really convenient. We also have a garden which will be great to have in summer.

The living area and kitchen are open plan so in the evenings we all tend to see each other and watch some cheesy t. v and and check out what everyone's cooking for dinner. We all hang out but go about our own lives too so there is a good vibe in the house.

The other housemates are all up for a laugh, friendly and generally all round nice folks. There are 4 guys and 1 girl so would be nice to get a female housemate to keep the balance but guys are welcome too.

The house is only a 7 minute walk to Tooting Bec underground station and really close to a Sainsbury's and lots of convinience stores. Tooting high street is also full of shops and take aways which is handy. There is also a gym next to the station.
