Hello,

I'm subletting my room in Bethnal Green for two weeks in the end of April (April 18th-May 1st). Total this will come out to around 260 pounds, including bills, although the length of stay and the rent can be negotiated. The flat comes fully furnished, with a full bathroom, half bathroom, large kitchen, and large living room with a video projector and internet access. There are five others in the flat, although many of them will most likely be away during this time. You'd be sharing with British Guy, 1 Parisian, a German couple and an american girl--all very friendly.

The flat location is great: 2 minutes from the Bethnal Green tube station (Central Line), a 5 minute walk away from Cambridge Heath Station (National Rail), and by plenty of buses (8, N8, 55, N55, D6, 106, 388, etc. ). Also about a 15 minute walk to Brick lane, or a 5 minute bus ride there. You can get to Shoreditch in 15 minutes by bus. Very close to Victoria Park, Broadway Market, Columbia Flower Market, and Brick Lane Market.
