PROPERTY- The property is a two bed room apartment with porters. You will have your own bedroom and your bathroom wich has a shower and bath. The other master bedroom is occupied by a proffessional working in IT.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, ( dishwasher, washing/dryer, fridge/ freezer/micro oven/grill). the lounge has a 38 inch LCD tv, carpet, high speed BT option 3 wireless internet.
Water is included in the bills, however, you have to pay for the Gas and eletric bills.
You will be sharing with a proffesional who works in IT and works 9 to 6 everyday. Very neat and tidy as well.
I am subletting the property as I am travelling in and out of UK to Europe for a few months till november. I have another flat in west london, so when I come back will be staying there.
WHAT IS REQUIRED- I will need reference from your work/previous land lord, 6 weeks deposit and august rent when u are moving in. Then every 3rd of the month the money paid to my back account. The bed, tv, tv unit, speakers, couch, table, bed side table, everything belongs to me, hence the reason for me asking for the deposit, your deposit will be paid back to you on your departure.
You can also extend the tenancy agreement if you wish to stay longer and love this place.
