We have 1 quite large room available in our modern 3 bedroom loft between Tower Hill and Brick Lane. The building was converted about 4 years ago, so is very modern. In the whole flat there are wooden floors (except the bathrooms). The kitchen has a huge oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing-machine / dryer so basically everything you need AND a dishwasher!
We also have a Sky subscription, that means Internet, TV and free overseas calls to landlines (to most countries in Europe, US and some other countries) for 15 A per month each.
The room has a double bed. Its 155 A per week (incl. water). It will be available by 1st of July.
You would share the flat with my flatmates Jean-Christophe and Atousa. Atousa, 25, is a young professional in law, and Jean-Christophe, 27, works in finance. The location is ideal as you walk about 10 min. to Tower Hill station (Tube and DLR), about 7 min. to Aldgate East and about 10 min. to Brick Lane. There are a few Tesco Express about 5 min. away, a large Waitrose within 10 min. walking distance and a huge Sainsbury about 20 min or 5 min. with the bus away.
