We are 3 girls, an economist, a post-graduate student and a travel PR, all in our twenties, looking for a new flatmate to move in from the 27th of July. The flat has a lovely homely feel and our ideal flatmate would be easy going, friendly, clean and someone who wants to have a well kept home, rather than just a place to sleep. We would prefer a girl to move in, but could be persuaded by a particularly nice boy. Social smokers or non-smokers only please, and no couples or pets.

Our flat is on Holloway Road in between Highbury and Islington and Holloway Road Tube Stations, within 5 minutes walk of each. Just 1 stop from King Cross. Buses include 43, 271, 393, N29.
The area has a lot to offer, just across the road is Highbury Fields, and there are great bars and restaurants less than 10 minutes away on Upper Street. We are also within easy walking distance of Tesco, Morrisons, Waitrose etc. Angel is a 15 minute walk away.
