It is a single room on a canal boat called sophie. has 2 toilets with a shower and kitchen. not a fixed mooring so we do move around london, from ladbroke grove to victoria park. Its a great way to see the whole city and not get bored living in the same area all the time. ideal tenant would be young as me and my boat mate are both 20 and enjoy going out to pubs and clubs. there will be extra cost for gas and fuel for the boat but they are cheep and between 3 of us costs barely anything and lasts a long time. the post code added does not represent the boat its just mandatory for the wesite to put one on.

for internet me and my friend both have dongles that actually work quite well.
