Flat consists of 2 bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen and bathroom.

Flat is a 5 minute walk from Livingston North train station, Morrisons supermarket, petrol station, public library as well as a co-operative store and food take away facilities.

Will be sharing with myself, a 21 year old Nursng student and my 3 year old collie dog, who is very friendly and house trained. I am easy going, considerate, understanding and non judgemental. I like to sociaise however I am not a rowdy flatmate. I like the flat to be clean (but I'm not obsessive). I am respectful of others needs and privacy.

£350 price includes rent and utilities. Would just need to cover cost of own food.

Room would suit possibly another student, working professional or couple. Someone who has respect for themselves, their home and others. Needs to like dogs as I stated above, you will be sharing the space with my 3 year old collie dog.

I do smoke however I do not smoke in the flat, so smokers are welcome as long as they don't mind smoking outside.
