I have a two bedroom flat located in Livingston, West Lothian right next to Livingston North train station so is very handy for getting in to Edinburgh/Glasgow. 5 minutes away from the shopping centre, cinema and restaraunts.

I am looking for a flat mare to split the cost of living and who knows could be a fun experience!

I am 19 years old, female and work full time. I would prefer a female flat mate around the same age 18 - 25. I am pretty quiet during the week but I like to go out at the weekends or relax with a glass of wine.

I would be letting out my single room which has a very large built in wardrobe and can easily fit a double bed. It is furnished with a bed but not much else. I have all the essentials eg. washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer and of course sky tv.
