I am looking for a Student to move into my flat as soon as possible. I am a first year Uni student myself at JMU and live close to the city anyway, after moving out at the start of term I really missed home and so I am trying to find a student who wants to move in either from Uni of Liverpool or JMU. The accommodation is Prospect Point by Liberty Living and is directly opposite the Royal Hospital, ideal for students studying nursing and medicine. It is very central and is just a short walk to Lime St Station. I have moved all my things out and so if anyone is interested please let me know as you can move in as soon as the paperwork has been completed. Please note that there are already 5 people living there, 3 lads from northern ireland and 2 girls, one from brighton and one from denmark who are all lovely. The rent is reworked out for anyone wishing to take over the room as you will not be staying for the full 42 week contract so there may be a slightly lower price for you. PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP!
