Quiet East Northamptonshire village, also has 2 pubs and a WMC, near to Kettering and Wellingborough and approximately 20 minutes from Northampton town and surrounded by fields. We have a church and village hall too.

2 rooms at present available both doubles, we will be live in landlords as the rooms are in our home. You will have a shared reasonable sized family bathroom consisting of bath, shower, wc and basin. We expect people to be considerate, quiet, clean and tidy and respectful of our home. You will have use of kitchen facilities, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as the enclosed private rear garden, hard standing off road parking for 2 vehicles. Rooms will have TV / Internet points.

The rooms are freshly decorated, clean and tidy and we would hope that they stay that way, we also have 3 dogs and a parrott so would expect you to be animal lovers. Most utility bills are inclusive, with the exception of Council Tax and Sky TV, these would be extra.

Northampton Uni and Moulton college are not far away
