We also have a large garden and small shed. 2 minutes walk away from Lincoln high street, 5-10 minute walk from bus and train station. Residential parking available. Room comes furnished with wardrobe, chest of draws and a single bed, however easily accomodates double bed which tenant would be requested to bring themself if wanted. We are looking for a clean, tidy and reliable professional.

Living in the house is one couple (myself and my partner) who both work full time. We currently have 1 other male who also works full time. We are all aged between 26-32, are laid-back and friendly and enjoy nights in watching films, listening to music, going to the gym as well as going out with friends.
