The room is a good size with a double bed, dressing table/desk, bed side table, draws, shelves and wardrobe all of which are a good size. All bills are included and you get fast internet and load of t. v channels. Also you'd be sharing the house with 4student's who are the most easy going and nicest people you could share a house with.
