The current house mate is moving in with his girlfriend, so we're looking for someone to move into our lovely 3-bedroomed house. The room is a second floor double bedroom and comes fully furnished, with a shared bathroom, enclosed back garden, a storage shed and a bunny.
Rent is priced at a super cheap £160 a month, and bills are roughly £55 a month excluding council tax.
We currently let through Lighthouse Properties, and you would have to be included on the contract, there may be a deposit to pay, but we’re happy to negotiate a little! The house also comes with a young female professional working in a Special Needs School and a 21-year old male Masters student (not a couple! )
Potentially looking for someone friendly to geek out with, we’re gamers, and often watch anime and play board games. We like to go out too, and have barbecues when the weather’s hot. I love cooking, and cook for the both of us on most nights.
Town is incredibly close, we live on one end of Pelham Bridge, and Lincoln City Centre is on the other!
