Hi there, My names Tricia I'm 23 and I'm looking for someone to fill my room in a large student house located at the top of Carholme road which is literally a bridge away from the main university campus!
The room is a double one and the house is big (hence me snapping it up so quickly! ) Its A71 a week all bills included which is the average cost in Lincoln at the moment. Anyway, there are four girls who will be moving in round about august/ September and they are all my good friends and they're an awesome bunch, very sociable so there would never be a dull moment but they like their quiet time too. They age from 19 - 22.
I signed up for the house with Lighthouse properties in a bit of a rush fearing that I would be homeless and the house was too good to miss! but the reason I'm trying to fill this room is that I am a graduate and have to start being sensible, so I cant afford to pay council tax solely etc etc as I'm saving to go traveling.
