The house is a nice modern 2 bedroomed semi, in a quiet estate in Clayton le Woods. Good location, nice area and very near to 24 hour local supermarket and motorway junctions. Easy access to Leyland and Chorley/Presten

The bedroom is a single room With a bed and Draws in, The room is quite small but you would have access to relax in any other rooms.

There is a driveway available at the front off the house for parking
also a Gardan at the rear for them summer BBQs.

I would like a House mate that is clean and Tidy and is working.
Someone who would get on well with everyone.

I have only recently bought the house and spend alot off my time at work, when I am not at work I enjoy the gym or going out to the pictures or for a quite drink I am not a big party fan but do go for a drink with the mates/ Girlfriend.
