The flat is ground floor with garden. only 2 people living already there. english french and italian speaking. we have 3 cats that we adore, and we expect the third flatmate love animals too. we artists so we hope to fill the room with another artist. the room is spacious, 2 windows facing the garden with space for bikes or motobikes. we are tidy and clean, we love our property clean. the livingroom is very cosy and host a sofa bed for eventual friend coming around for sleep over if necessary (missing train or guest from abroad). we love bbq, music and company. we like a coffee (italian! ) now and then and a glass of wine too. we are not smokers and we like the peace of our home. Enough room for food and clothes and books for the new flatmate that will be considered like good friend. There is wireless internet of course.
