i'm second year student in university of Nottingham. but i'll have to suspend a year off due to my family matter, so I need urgent someone to take my room over from dec/2011 or jan/2012 to june/2012. it 's 260 pounds per month, plus 35 pounds for the bill per month so Total 295 pounds per month.

This room is single bed room with some furniture included. The contract will end at the end of June 2012. espically good for people who are doing half year. You will be living with 4 guys and 1 girls. all english and friendly people.
The house has graden which has great size, huge kitchen and a living room as well. It has smooking alarm. There is also huge garage where you can store your items.
