A desk and chair is also available if you would like it. The tenant will have use of the bathroom, kitchen and living / dinning room. Also a small rear garden and patio area.

There is wifi in the house and also a freeview TV. Currently I live here alone but looking to have a few house mates over the next couple of weeks / months. So get in touch now and get the best room. The kitchen is being refitted with a brand new kitchen and should be ready to use as a fully functioning kitchen by the middle of Jan 2011. However, if you are happy to make do with the makeshift kitchen in the living room, you are welcome to move in immediately. :)

The property is located in a quiet part of Linslade near the Leighton Buzzard BR station, (15 minute walk), and also about 15 minutes walk to the main shopping area in Leighton Buzzard.
There is a Tesco, Morrisons and Waitrose to choose from. Its a peaceful place to live.
