This is a student house which I am currently sharing with three other girls. It's located close to De Montfort Uni and the City Centre, so is perfect for students at the Uni.
The rent is A260 a month, which doesn't include bills, however I've found these to be very reasonable, approx. A30 a month, if that.
We are looking for a female student; prefferably someone who is older as two of the girls are student nurses so there is a quieter atmosphere to that of a typical student house. However, if you are looking for a clean, calm environment then this is perfect for you.
The room is furnished with a double bed, large desk, bedside table, curtains and also has a built-in wardrobe. It's also pretty big!
We currently don't have internet although looking into getting it but we do have a tv liscence.
I'm looking to move out asap due to being unable to afford the rent.
The girls are friendly and outgoing but would prefer someone more mature to share with.
