Hi I am having to move out of my flat due to family reasons but need someone to replace me before I can end my contract. It is a double room in mansion court student halls on DMU campus literally a 30 second walk from Uni buildings perfect for students who can't get out of bed in the morning. The flat is warm and has been refurbished over the summer so has a new modern kitchen/dining room and a toilet and bathroom, pictures available on the mansion court website.
