This is a shared property with 5 other people (all friendly chaps! ). The current residents are all 4th year students, apart from me since I graduated last year and am now working.

The house itself is maintained to a very high standard and has excellent facilities, including washing machine, dishwasher, brand new range-style cooker and a brand new fridge freezer.

The available bedroom is one of the largest in the house. It is on the top floor and has a double bed, a desk, and plenty of storage space. There is also a bathroom on the top floor with bath and shower facilities which is only shared between three people.

On the ground floor there is a large living area with a flat screen TV and lots of sofa space.

There are also front and back gardens which are brilliant for sitting out in during summer months!
