Hi there,

Due to a change in circumstances i've decided against living in the city centre next year, therefore i've got a lovely room in a shared flat in Mill Street available to someone. It's a Unipol property and very close to the city centre shops/restaurants/etc and bus station. Available from 20th September 2010 to 17th July 2011.

5 bedroom flat, one of the biggest in the whole place. 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining area. Very secure and modern student housing. Is being re-painted and decorated this summer for the new tenants. Spacious bedroom with double bed/desk/wardrobe/shelves/etc. Free gym membership included to the on site facilities!

House mates are all male. They will all be in their third year at Leeds College of Music in September, they are all very friendly, easy-going and tidy.

The location is perfect for any student at Leeds Met and Leeds Uni with the frequent bus routes and bus station nearby. It's also ideal for someone going to LCM being only minutes away.

A89 per week bills/internet included, but with a A5 energy bill on top (however if you don't use it then you get a lump sum back at the end of the tenancy).
