I have a single room available in a 3 bed terraced house on the Headingley / Burley borders, approx 300m from Burley BR. The two other tenants are professionals, who previously did not know each other. They have become quite sociable, and with the previous other tenant often went out together, whilst retaining their own friends and social groups. As professionals, the house is as would be expected, i. e. fairly quiet during the week, more lively at the weekend, and clean and tidy.

The house is close to excellent & frequent transport links to the City Centre and the University / LGI, with some local shops / bars / restaurants.

The room is approx 3m x 3m, plainly decorated with a carpet. There is currently a 4ft bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, but can be furnished / decorated as required. There is a communal sitting room, with 2 sofas, a television, and a dining table (4 chairs). The kitchen has been recently refurbished to a high standard, including a washing machine.
