I am looking for 2 people, preferably working, to rent my 2 spare double rooms. A single room is also available.
The house is a semi, centrally heated, furnished, tidy with a good sized rear garden, patio, large garage (with chest freezer) and driveway. There is a large kitchen / diner with washing machine, dishwasher and wood burner. The lounge is large with an open fire. The house bathroom is a good size with an over the bath electric shower.
Bedroom 1 has a 3/4 bed, chest of drawers, built in double wardrobe and an over the stairs storage cupboard. One set of bed linen and towels are supplied. The rent is A350pcm inc. bills.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, wardrobe and large chest of drawers. The rent is A350 pcm inc. bills.
Bedroom 3 is a single with a bed, storage cupboard and there is space for under bed storage and a bedside table. Bed linen and towels are available. The rent is A250pcm inc. bills. NEW PHOTO TO FOLLOW.
I am a single male, 42, working nights and Sooty the cat also lives here.
