Hi All!
I am a 3rd year dental student going into 4th year in September (hopefully).
I have spare double bedroom in a brand new flat in the Burley Park area (which is basically between Hyde Park and Headingley)
Below is (a lot of) info about the flat and area, but if there is anything else you would like to know, feel free to message me!

Cardigan Lane, Burley park
5 minute walk to access buses from cardigan road to the main university campus (buses take approx 10 mins to reach the Parkinson buliding)
30 second walk to access buses from Burley Road going to Park Lane College and dental hospital (7 minute bus journey), Town (max. 10 mins) etc
Local Amenities/services
4 minute walk to a large Co-op (with a Greggs)
1 minute (or less) walk to an excellent doctors surgery which accepts new student patients
5 minute walk to large cinema complex with restaurants, gym etc
Flat is opposite a small park which has basketball and tennis courts available to the public, and behind the flats is a 'green area' so it is not surrounded front and back by busy (and noisy) roads.
