A lovely fully furnished double room available in a friendly family home. It has been newly refurbished but is quite small which is why I thought it better for a single person. My husband and myself are live in owners with our 2 small children (good sleepers and well behaved! ) and our cat. It is a semi detached house in a very quiet and safe area with beautiful lakes, Tesco, the Leisure Centre and bus stops on our doorstep. Our ideal tenant would be a professional working long hours who's hardly ever home, haha :). Joking aside, we are a very close family who love our quality time together, but feeling the credit crunch, if we found the right person we would definitely make you feel apart of the family, albeit only temporarily.
