I have a double room available to rent in my bungalow. I live on a quiet road not far from the sea. Bungalow comprises of shared bathroom with seperate shower and bath, large modern kitchen, large modern lounge, front and rear gardens, garage and drive way. Very clean and tidy.

Double room offered includes built in cupboard, it is furnished with double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers, but can be unfurnished if preferred.

Have wireless broadband, and Virgin TV which can be connected into the bedroom at an extra cost.

I have two black cats, that are very friendly.

Includes water, gas, electricity and broadband.

Only 5 minute walk from Lancing train station and local amenities.

I am 34 years old, female, fun, easy-going, down to earth, socialises most weekends and some week nights and works in Brighton full-time. Looking for female preferably to share with, who is like-minded.
