Double room available in Lancing. in a 3 bedroom bungalow. Although I'm a live in landlady this is more like a houseshare. All bills included except shopping, we share the shopping costs rather than having our individual cupboards and it works well between myself and other tenant. We all take our fair share of cooking and getting the hoover out. You must like animals as you will also be sharing with 2 dogs, 6 cats and not forgetting the 3 chickens that live in the outside so plenty of eggs.
