Hi everybody,

I'm moving out from my nice room near the railway station in a big house where other students live. The reason for this is because I'm moving to Preston.

The price is 55£ all included - the landlord will pay the first 1000£ for the bills for the whole contract period (i. e. October - June), which is usually sufficient to cover the expenses.

The area is quiet, the house is big and sturdy and with garden, and the landlord is really friendly and helpful.

The moving date would be on the 6th March, but that's negotiable. Furthermore, you might get my brand new Canon MP250 printer for 15£ instead of 35£!
The deposit would be negotiable as well.
