Double unfurnished room to rent in Kingston available from the 10th September. In an excellent location situated 10-minute walk from either Penrhyn road or Knight’s park campuses and 15-minute walk to either Surbiton or Kingston railway stations that both have excellent train services to central London. The rest of the house is furnished but the double room is completely unfurnished. You will be living with 2 female Kingston university students, a 3rd year nutrition student and a soon to be finished masters student. We are ideally looking for a mature student or young professional (females only and no first year students please) who would like to live in a clean and peaceful environment. We are both friendly outgoing people who enjoy socialising but also respect the fact that we often have large amounts of work to do so need our own space. The house is 3 bedrooms with a small living room, kitchen and small spare room which is used for drying clothes. It is in a relatively quite mainly residential friendly neighbourhood, so at night you can get a good night’s sleep.
The rent is £368pm payable on 6th of each month, no bills are included but this generally amounts to an extra £40-£50 a month. To initially move in the first month’s rent is needed plus a 6 week deposit and a guarantor, this is all managed by green fields estate agents in Surbiton who will charge an agency fee of roughly £70 to change over the contracts.
