If you are a sun-seeker the garden is dead south faced so you can enjoy plenty of sunshine at the large mature garden during summer.

It is about 5 mins walk to Norbiton BR station and Kingston Hospital.

I am 48 with my wife (42 yrs) and 2 children (9 & 4 yrs) and work normal office hours from Monday to Friday.
