We have a room for rent, however there is a catch! our house is old and by no means in the same league as some others, renovations are scheduled for later on in the year but until that point you will have to bear with us! the main rooms affected are the dining room & kitchen but all still functional, however viewing is advised for this reason.
We have a dog, she is clean and friendly so anyone considering living here will need to be ok with her.
We would prefer professionals however are open minded.
Work on our property is expected to start in around 6 months so please also consider this before enquiring because if you are not happy with this please look elsewhere.
We would be happy with a 6 month let, if anyone is happy to stay longer during building works then this can be discussed.
We have sky with a big plasma tv, wifi, ps3 etc.
