Includes a single bed - the base can be pulled out to make a double, and this does fit into the room but it doesn't leave much room for other furniture. Also includes a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Radiator underneath the window which looks out onto the back garden.

Shared use of the bathroom, which has a separate bath and enclosed shower unit together with the toilet and sink.

Shared use of the living/dining area which is one large room and houses a corner sofa, TV (Virgin media cable), open fireplace which is ideal for those colder nights, dining table and chairs.

Gas central heating throughout. Double glazing throughout.

Shared use of kitchen, which includes gas hob, electric oven and microwave, washing machine but no dryer - I use the line on warm days and the radiator and airing cupboard on cold days.

There is parking on the street, and sometimes it does get busy and you have to park further away from the house, but I've never had a problem.
