My house is a 3 bedroom mid terraced. Looking to rent out my spare room which is a double room.
Happy to redecorate to tenants taste prior to moving in and also happy to furnish or leave unfurnished. Very flexible and any requirements that a tenant may have in ref to sky in own room etc- more than happy to sort.
I have one bathroom and a large back garden, living room and dining room- plenty of space and whoever moves in can class the whole house as their home too.
I have Sky and will get full internet if someone moves in.
Ideally Id like a female tenant- not fussy on age- however will consider all applicants. You must be working and I will need some kind of reference from your employer to back that up. Will also consider students if they are looking for somewhere until the end of the academic year
I'm laid back and easy to live with- clean and tidy but not obsessive with cleaning!
I work full time and sometimes am away for a night or two
I have two kittens so any tenant would have to be ok with them being here- dont have to love them- just not hate them!
I live on a major bus route but I drive and their is ample parking outside. My street where I live is very quiet and I have nice neighbours- please get in touch and come and view :)
