Hi. My name is Alicia,
I am looking for a housemate as my lovely housemate is moving out to live with her boyfriend. The room available is a good sized double which I can offer furnished or unfurnished (Please note, the furniture pictured in the available room is my housemates).

I currently live there with my dog Tilly, she is a lovely little thing, very friendly and will stay clear of your room. I am 25, work full time and also study part time at Hull Uni(about 15 min walk). I am very sociable but past the stage of all night parties!
The house is close to princess avenue, with its bars and cafes, just around the corner from the shops on chanterlands avenue and not far from the city centre (about 30 min walk or 5 minutes bus ride).
I am hoping to find a like minded housemate of a similar age, who doesn't mind sharing the house with myself and le pooch, I don't mind smokers if they don't mind smoking in the back yard, is respectful of the house and pretty friendly, really the most important thing to me is that I have a housemate I like and get on with.
