My name is Rachael and I am a 23 year old professional looking for a fellow professional women to rent a room in my 3 bedroom rented house.
The house is in Netherton, a nice village, in a modern detached house on a quiet cul-de sac in excellent condition. There is a drive for parking and a garden. The room is a large double bedroom with a countryside view. The room is unfurnished but it has a fitted wardrobe and I can provide a single bed if needed. You will have the main bathroom as your bathroom.
The bills are not included within the rent price and will be split equally between us.
A reference will be required for the landlord.
I expect the room to be cared for and kept clean and tidy and no smoking in or ouside my house, please.
