Hi I have a double room up for rent in a tidy house, I live alone and am 35 years young. I work a full time and part time job as well. The house is 10 min walk from tram stop/train station and also main bus route at the top of the road. There is one street parking with no permit required at all. I have hi speed wireless broad band and sky tv. The kitchen and bathroom are new and the house is very clean and tidy. If required there is storage in the cellar and loft space.
