We have a large fully furnished double room with en suite in a modern 3 bed masonette available in a quiet residential area in Horsforth, Leeds. The room and the rest of the house is furnished to a high standard, with spacious kitchen and lounge areas. Ideally suited for access to the city and right on the ring road if you need to get anywhere else. Outside there is a nice garden, parking for 1 car on the drive or on the quiet street.

We are two young, male, outdoorsy professionals. Ideally looking for someone of a similar age and interests, but ultimately someone who is chilled and easy going. Rent is A265 per month (+ bills + tax which will be shared and approx A100 per month each).
