Single room available in tidy, well kept 2nd floor flat in Honiton. 10 minute walk from train station, as well as easy access to the A30 so ideal for commutes to either Exeter or Taunton.

£80 a week including council tax, electric, wifi-broadband and Sky TV. Water is metered so the bill will be split as issued. This will probably be around £12 a month. The room is furnished with a bed with 4 drawers and double cupboard for storage, bedside table and wardrobe. Shared use of kitchen (separate fridge available), lounge and bathroom.

I am a friendly, easy going young professional and like to keep my home clean and tidy. My interests include cooking, yoga, and reading. Ideally want to share with similar professional, has hobbies, friendly and respects other people's space and belongings.
