I am a teacher taking a career break while I continue to study for an MEd.
Ideally I would like a female lodger who likes children as one of my grandaughters stays Friday nights. Alternatively, it would suit someone looking for a Mon to Fri room - possible negotiation on weekly rent. There is no broadband as I uas mobile internet but I could have it installed when I find the right lodger.
Rye House station is about 10mins walk as is the local town with various shops, pubs, cafes and library. There is a sports centre with all gym equipment and swimming pool. The area is fairly quiet.
