We are looking for a housemate that is preferably female to make us a more attractive option to rent a 3 bed house wihin a mile of Wycombe town centre. We are two male, full time workers looking to move further towards town. We would be looking for a house around £1200 pcm in total. And would be happy to negotiate rents for the smaller and larger rooms.
Applicant must be working full time and have a good sense of humour.
We will also consider students who can provide proof of income
