We are offering a small single room in a beautiful 4 bedroom family home but it does include use of an additional sitting room and bathroom almost exclusively.

We are a professional family both working full time, with 2 independent children aged 13 and 14.

Our home is always calm, clean and tidy and we are hoping for a lodger who is wants to live in a similar environment. I cook every night and happy to include a lodger if they want to eat with us.

We live in HP13 in High Wycombe, which is 1.5 miles away from the town centre and 50 m away from the bus stop.
