I'm 29 year old professional, works Mon-Fri, likes socialising with friends, travelling, reading and the usual. Due to my busy job, more than anything at the weekend, I like to be able to relax in my flat. I'm easy going, friendly, however a little sarcastic, and probably not your usual ‘girly girl’, but, no I am not a lesbian.

I would like a generally tidy, professional person, 27-38, male/female not preferred, but has to have a sense of humour (and preferably not an soap fan, though if you want to watch it in your room, that's fine, just don't talk to me about 'eastenders', or the plot, it's a programme, I'm not interested).

The flat is very spacious, with parking. I have three bedrooms, 1 is used as a study/spare, the other a double bedroom – fully furnished with 2 bedroom cabinets (the available room). The other is my room. The lounge is a very good size, 2 x sofa’s, tv/dvd, etc, kitchen is a decent size (though no tumble dryer/dishwasher, what you would expect from a flat). Bathroom has shower and bath. The flat has wireless broadband, and electric heaters. – bills are included in the rent, but not the landline. All I ask from a tenant is that they are considerate and clean up after themselves.

I am a smoker (not chain), however only in the kitchen with the door shut.

Just on another note, I will be having my friend's cat come to stay for a week in March, and occasionally I look after my parents dog over a weekend.
