My boyfriend and I have just secured a really lovely, spacious 3 bed flat in Herne Hill area of Brixton.
It's on the top floor of a period conversion on a quiet street called Poplar Walk.

We have two double bedrooms for offer:

Large double: £585 per month (not including bills)

Small room double: £525 (not including bills)

The room is small but it's really nice and gets lots of light. The whole flat is carpeted (except for the kitchen and bathroom) and has high ceilings.

Other facilities:
- Very large living room with gas fire (! ), dining room table, sofas etc
- Good sized kitchen
- Good sized bathroom with bath and separate shower
- Separate toilet
- Space for bike storage in downstairs hall

It's in a great location:
- Loughborough Junction rail station: 10 minute walk (gets you to Blackfriars, Farringdon, Kings X in under 20 mins direct)
- Herne Hill rail station: 10 minute walk (gets you to Victoria in 9 minutes)
- Brixton: 20 minute walk/5 mins bus ride

About us:
We’re both 23/24, like going out for drinks, cooking, watching films, music and all other usual stuff and are ideally looking for flatmates who'd like to form a friendly house. I’m working as a project manager near Chancery Lane and Ned’s just finished his MA in Film and Literature.

Money stuff:
Deposit for Large double: £824 (equivalent to 6 week's rent)
Deposit for Double box room: £727 (equivalent to 6 week's rent)
Also, we'd ask you to pay your rent a month ahead when you move in
- Council tax: £27 per person
- We will split all bills (including council tax) four ways so it will be fairly cheap
