This is a spacious and fully furnished double room (all bed linen included). It comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, rug, table and pictures. The whole house has just been completly renovated and looks fantastic. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen/dining area including a washing machine and microwave. It also has a big lounge with glass doors overlooking the garden.
The house itself is very well located - on Trinity Rise just an 8 minute walk from Herne Hill Station (trains take only 9 mins into Victoria, or 12 mins into City). The buses running from Herne Hill station are numbers: 68, 468, 3, 196, 201, 322, N68, N3. There is a bus stop almost in front of the house. Within a few minutes' walk from the house there's a great selection of bars, restaurants, and shops. We're also next to Brockwell Park, literally less than 1 minute away.
The house would ideally suit a young professional who is looking for a high standard of accommodation and who needs to be close to the heart of London.
The rent is £195 per week for one person and £205 for couples. It includes all bills, regular cleaning (by a cleaner who visits the house once a week) as well as use of a fast wireless broadband connection.
We don't expect a major financial commitment - just one week's rent in advance plus two weeks' deposit. When you decide you want to leave you just need to give us two weeks' notice. The bedroom is available from February 14 so please contact us to arrange a time to come over to see it.
