We are a working couple who enjoy socialising & are therefore not at home that often so privacy is garunteed.
A young single person or couple preferred but not essential. References will be required, looking for tidy & friendly flatmate who is willing to share duties. Pets are allowed within reason. please enquire.
We have a young small dog who is very friendly with other animals and people.

The house is 3 bed - the third however is in the process of becoming a wardrobe…
There is a shared bathroom upstairs and an outdoor toilet attached to the house.
There is also a Garage outside with a lock for any valuables.
The kitchen has a washing machine & tumble Dryer and is joined to the Dining room with a six seater table & chairs.
The Living room is a nice size with an open fire.

There is private parking which can fit around four to five cars, my partner and I have a car each. Otherwise the bus stop is less than 150 yards away with a regular bus timetable
