Hi,
We are looking for a couple, a single female or two females for a long term stay in a large double bedroom in a nice clean big three bedroom flat in Hendon.
The flat is situated 1 min walk away from Hendon Central tube Station (Northern line - Edgware branch), 12 min walk from West Hendon Train station and 1-2 mins walk from bus stops from where many buses are going to Edgware, Colindale, Wembley, Ealing, Brent Cross (5 min on bus), Golders Green, Finchley, Barnet, Oxford Street and more… There is also a Night bus N5 going from Trafalgar Sq. stopping only 1 min away from the flat - great for nights out.
We offer one double room with a double bed and a wardrobe. We've got a communal bathroom, separate toilet, large sitting room (TV, Freeview and DVD player) and a kitchen. There is also a laundry room and two storage rooms. There really is lots of space.
We are a couple - professionals, working all different hours and a female student. We are looking for non-smoking professionals. Keeping our flat clean is very important to us and we will expect it from you as well, but we are all friendly and sociable.
Job and previous tenancy references and passport copy are necessary.
A contract is going to be signed with an agency for a year on 10.09. 10
The rent is A575 for a couple per calendar month with all bills and internet (wireless broadband) included. Or it is A530 with bills apart from gas and electrocity bills which we would share as they come. The room is available from 10th September 10. There is a A500 deposit to be paid into a safe government account through the agency, which will be paid back, when you leave. Deposit and one month rent are to be paid before moving in or upon the same day. Viewing is necessary.
